Terms of Service
Last updated: September 7, 2026 · Version 1.0.0
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Oshippy (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, applications, and shipping label services. By creating an account or using Oshippy, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service description
Oshippy provides tools to help you prepare U.S. domestic shipments, compare carrier rates, purchase postage, and generate shipping labels. Oshippy does not physically transport packages. Delivery is performed by the carrier you select (such as USPS or UPS).
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information.
4. Accurate shipment information
You represent that you are the sender of each package, that item descriptions are accurate, and that packages do not contain prohibited or restricted items. Materially inaccurate weight, dimensions, or contents may result in carrier adjustments, delays, or account suspension.
5. Fees and payment
You agree to pay carrier postage and applicable Oshippy service fees at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay for a label, you authorize Oshippy to save your payment method and automatically charge it for carrier adjustments when the carrier determines that declared package details were inaccurate. Fees and pricing tiers may change with notice as described in our Pricing page and Carrier Adjustments policy.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Oshippy to ship illegal goods, evade carrier rules, misdeclare package contents, or harm other users. See our Acceptable Use Policy and Prohibited Items Policy.
7. Carrier delivery responsibility
When you purchase postage through Oshippy, the carrier you select (such as USPS or UPS) physically transports your package. Oshippy is a technology service that helps you compare rates, buy labels, and track shipments — we are not a carrier and do not take possession of your mail or packages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the carrier is solely responsible for delivery, transit time, loss, damage, and mishandling after the carrier accepts or scans your package. Claims for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments must be filed directly with the carrier according to its rules and time limits.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oshippy is not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, damage in transit, or adjustment charges resulting from inaccurate shipment information you provide. Our total liability for any claim relating to Oshippy's services is limited to the Oshippy fees you paid for the affected shipment in the prior twelve months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
