Oshippy

Compare shipping rates

Comparing shipping rates means asking the same package — same weight, same box, same ZIP codes — what USPS and UPS will charge today. Oshippy does that in one flow so you are not copying numbers between two carrier sites.

Why side-by-side quotes matter

Carrier price lists are not a single ladder. A 2 lb poly mailer and a 2 lb 14-inch cube are different products to the algorithm. Screenshots from a blog will not match your zone. Live comparison is the only honest answer.

What Oshippy compares

  • USPS and UPS domestic services that apply to your package.
  • Cheapest vs faster options when both exist.
  • The checkout total: carrier postage plus the Oshippy fee.

We do not currently quote FedEx inside Oshippy. If you specifically need FedEx, read USPS vs FedEx or UPS vs FedEx for tradeoffs, then compare that carrier separately.

Prepare a fair comparison

  1. Measure the outer box. See how to measure a package.
  2. Weigh or estimate the packed parcel. Use the shipping calculator for billable weight.
  3. Enter complete addresses so the zone is correct.
  4. Ignore last week’s quote — refresh if you waited.

After you pick a rate

Buy the label, print it, and drop it with the carrier you chose. Tracking lives in your shipment history. If you ship the same product again, reuse the package details and compare again — the winner can change.
